I’m a registered Psychologist with extensive training and experience in helping people just like you to achieve clarity, empowerment and control.
Think of me as a personal trainer for your mental health. I provide empathic, non-judgemental guidance to help you navigate through hardships, whether you’re an individual or a couple. I do this with compassionate therapeutic practices that are strongly backed by science.
The key to living the life you want is balance – healthy food and the occasional treat, exercise and rest, partying and rejuvenating, routine and spontaneity. Together we will create a plan to shift your thinking, clear your obstacles and reset your life so that you can get on with the task of truly living in this beautiful, mad world.

When I’m not wearing my Psychologist’s hat, I’m a dog-loving morning person. I value health and nutrition but I don’t live my life with too many strict rules. It’s healthy to let loose and indulge sometimes! My personal motto is “it depends”.
