How long we retain your data

Once the retention period expires, personal data will be deleted and some of your rights (i.e. the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability) cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you are a European citizen, you have the right to do the following under the General Data Protection Regulations:

How we protect your data
The security of your personal information is important to us.
We use regular Malware Scanning to detect security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by trusted team members of The Bondi Psychologist who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We do not process or store any payment or credit card information on our servers.
Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As a visitor to this Site, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share with us through this Site could be accessed or tampered with by a third party.
